You can connect using the Dataverse TDS (Tabular Data Stream) Endpoint, which provides a read-only SQL endpoint.
Steps:

Enable TDS endpoint in Power Platform Admin Center.

Open SQL Server Management Studio.

Use the Dataverse environment URL (e.g.,
orgname.crm.dynamics.com) as the server name. -
Choose Azure Active Directory authentication.

Connect and run read-only queries.
