The Test Strategy review workshop ensures that the project has a well-thought-out, risk-based testing approach that validates the solution effectively. It focuses on:

• Ensuring quality is engineered into the solution, not checked only at the end

• Aligning testing with project scope, risks, and goals

• Identifying testing gaps, risks, and weaknesses early

• Providing recommendations to improve test coverage and effectiveness
