Trial balances and financial reports are all items that are associated with the general ledger within Dynamics 365 Finance.
The trial balance is a list page that shows all the balances of an account and/or dimensions for a given period of time and dimension set. The financial reports let you run reports based on the time period and parameters you enter. AR is what you set up to keep track of money due to the company and invoices paid. Budget planning is used to budget different periods on how much money is going to be used and received to be able to allocate resources correctly. Cash and bank management is used to maintain the legal entity’s bank accounts and the financial instruments that are associated with those bank accounts.
