In Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform update 22 (December 2018), Microsoft significantly enhanced the Export to Excel feature.
Previously, users could export a maximum of 10,000 rows from a grid. With platform update 22:
Users can export up to 1 million rows to Excel.
The default export limit is set to 50,000 rows.
System administrators can increase this limit up to 1,000,000 rows.
