Users are added to an LCS project by inviting them using their Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) login. When you invite a user, Lifecycle Services checks the Microsoft Entra directory and automatically creates the user in the LCS organization.
The invited user can belong to:
The same tenant
A guest tenant
A completely different Entra tenant
Once added, you can assign them specific project roles to control what they can access or modify.
