Task Recorder is a built-in tool in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations that records user actions step-by-step while performing a business task.
In UAT, Task Recorder is used to:
Create test cases by recording business processes
Validate configurations and customizations
Generate documentation for end users
Serve as input for automated testing using RSAT
Task Recorder recordings can be saved locally as AXTR files or uploaded directly to Lifecycle Services (LCS) and linked to BPM libraries.
