This bank is grouped into five capability categories: High-Level Thinking, Communication,
Collaboration, Learning & Development, and Execution. Within each
category, questions are arranged by level so the difficulty and depth rise as you move up. Pick the
themes relevant to your role, and calibrate expectations to the level you are hiring for.
Level key: Associate (junior) → Analyst → Consultant → Manager → Senior Manager
