Part IV of the constitution contains the Directive Principles of State Policy (DPSPs), which include all the social, economic and cultural rights, such as the right to education, the right to livelihood, the right to health and housing. Part III of the constitution houses the Fundamental Rights, which include the right to life, the right to equality, the right to free speech and expression, the right to freedom of movement, the right to freedom of religion. Right to vote comes under civil and political rights and not under social rights.
