Theme customization হলো এমন একটি process যার মাধ্যমে আপনি PowerPoint-এর default design পরিবর্তন করে নিজের brand অনুযায়ী colors, fonts, effects, background এবং layout সেট করতে পারেন।

PowerPoint-এ একটি Theme হলো মূলত তিনটি জিনিসের সমন্বয়:

এই তিনটি element একসাথে কাজ করে আপনার presentation-এর সম্পূর্ণ visual identity তৈরি করে। যেকোনো একটি পরিবর্তন করলে পুরো deck-এর সংশ্লিষ্ট elements automatically update হয়।

⚠️ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ: Theme Effects (shadows, reflections, bevels) কে custom create করা যায় না — শুধুমাত্র PowerPoint-এর built-in effect sets থেকে select করা যায়। বাকি সব component (colors, fonts, backgrounds, layouts, branding) সম্পূর্ণ customizable।

🛠️ Step ১: Slide Master ব্যবহার করুন — Theme Customization-এর ভিত্তি

Theme customize করার সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এবং প্রথম ধাপ হলো Slide Master-এ যাওয়া। Slide Master হলো একটি master template যা পুরো presentation-এর design control করে। এখানে করা যেকোনো পরিবর্তন সব slide-এ automatically apply হয়।

বাম দিকে slide panel-এ অনেকগুলো layout দেখা যাবে

📌 Slide Master-এর গঠন বুঝুন

Top master slide select করুন (সবচেয়ে বড় slide)
এখানে brand logo add করুন — সব slide-এ দেখা যাবে

Slide Master-এ কাজ করার সময় Normal View-তে ফিরে যেতে "Close Master View" ক্লিক করুন

📌 অপ্রয়োজনীয় Layouts মুছে ফেলুন

💾 Step ১০: Custom Theme Save করুন

সব customization সম্পন্ন হলে theme save করে reuse করা যায়। PowerPoint-এ দুটি উপায়ে theme save করা যায়:
